OUR STORY
In the beginning...
Foo's was started by Joe Bremser who got his nickname" Foo" from his Dad. (It's from an old cartoon strip called Smokey Stover.) He developed the concept and opened the store in 1988. In 1996, a job took Foo and his family to North Carolina and he sold the store to his sister. She kept the name and the location and has been running the store ever since.
